Title: Layered Potato Salad

12mdPotatoes
2cMayonnaise
1/2cSour cream
2tbHorseradish
1/2tsDill weed
1tsCelery salt
2tbChopped chives
1cChopped fresh parsley

Cook whole potatoes in boiling water until fork tender. Remove skins and slice crosswise in thin slices. Mix next 6 ingredients. Layer 1/3 potato slices in serving bowl. Spread with 1/3 cup mayonnaise mixture. Sprinkle with 1/3 cup chopped parsley. Repeat layers twice. cover and refrigerate overnight. Must be made ahead. Lisa Hlavaty
